Can I check the product at the time of delivery?
Yes! We actually recommen checking your items on delivery to ensure the colour and condition are correct.
What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not the same colour/product you ordered, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Please do not cut, install, or alter the panels if you plan to request a return.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items only.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging for inspection.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Do you offer refunds?
If the return is approved, we can provide a replacement or a refund. Refunds (for COD orders) are issued via bank transfer or another agreed method.
What if the colour looks slightly different in person?
Colour shades may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences. Small variations are normal and not considered defects. If the colour is completely different from what you ordered, you may request a return within 7 days.
Do you offer installation services?
Installation services are not included, but our panels are designed for easy DIY installation. You can also hire a local installer if preferred.
