Return & Refund Policy
At Panelexperts, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not the same colour you ordered, we take full responsibility for replacing it.
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order. Original delivery costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend checking the product at the time of delivery so any issues can be reported immediately.
If a return is needed, the product must be sent back in its original condition so our team can inspect it and process your replacement or exchange. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.
What Can’t Be Returned
Products described below can only be returned if they’re faulty or not as described:
- Purchases received over 7 days ago
- Items you’ve opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)
- Items or packaging in poor condition
- Items without the original packaging
- Items that have been used, cut, or altered
Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase before installation. If you’ve installed your product, this is deemed as acceptance of the product and it cannot be returned.
Returns Costs
- If the item is damaged or faulty, we will collect it for free.
- If the item is not damaged or faulty, a £50 collection fee applies.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
